Agrichem has tried to make December a festive month for its customers giving away both a return trip for two to South Africa and a luxury tropical holiday in Queensland.
The Kelpak ?Win a Trip to South Africa? competition has been running for the last two months and offered growers who purchase Kelpak a return trip for two to Cape Town. The visit will include personalised nutrition training and an on-site visit to Kelp Manufacturers, producers of the renowned starter product, Kelpak.
Entries were received from around Australia across a variety of crops, but the eventual winners were a banana growing couple from Queensland, Patrick and Ellen Leahy.
The couple bought their Kelpak from Landmark Tully and store Agronomist, Lindsay Horniblow had the pleasure of delivering the news of their win. Agrichem?s other holiday prize for December has been a return trip for two to the luxurious Hyatt Regency in Sanctuary Cove, Queensland.
The prize followed a competition held at the Fluid Fertiliser Workshop in Adelaide recently where industry personnel from around the world gathered to discuss the present state and future of fluid fertilisers.
Greg Abbot, a cereal and legume grower from Paskeville in SA was drawn as the winner and reported being ?tickled pink? by the result.
National Sales Manager, Owen McCarron says that competitions have proven an excellent way to support distributors and generate interest in products and looks forward to using them effectively in upcoming campaigns.
